Brand Marketing (Coordinator / Project Manager)

About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Marketing profile (Coordinator / Project Manager level to be defined) to lead and coordinate the execution of our brand marketing activities across all channels.
This role is responsible for ensuring consistency between brand identity, commercial objectives, and seasonal storytelling, while managing projects end-to-end in a fast-paced and highly operational environment.
Your Responsibilities
· Lead and coordinate brand marketing campaigns for each collection, ensuring consistency with brand identity, commercial objectives, and seasonal storytelling.
· Negotiate contracts with different partners (model agencies, production teams), including fees and usage rights, while ensuring quality standards and budget alignment.
· Plan and organize all logistical aspects of brand shootings, including team travel, accommodation, schedules, and on-site coordination.
· Oversee the creation and production of in-store marketing and visual merchandising materials (window displays, banners, cash desk visuals, and other retail communication assets).
· Support and coordinate e-commerce content in line with the commercial calendar.
· Manage, monitor, and control the overall marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
· Handle financial administration for the marketing department, including invoice verification, allocation, tracking, and timely payments to external partners.
· Contribute to the development and execution of the brand’s marketing and communication strategy.
· Prepare detailed presentations, reports, and creative proposals for internal meetings, management reviews, and cross-functional alignment.
· Coordinate marketing projects, including the development of event props and customer giveaways to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.
· Oversee video production for campaigns and promotional offers, collaborating with content creators to ensure high-quality output across stores, shopping malls, and digital platforms.
· Plan and coordinate events by defining clear guidelines and ensuring consistent execution across markets.
· Collaborate with Country Managers to organize and implement events at both local and international level.
· Manage sourcing and preparation of materials for events and activations.
Your Profile
· Strong fashion sensitivity and genuine passion for the product.
· Solid commercial mindset with a strong operational approach.
· Strong negotiation skills.
· Experience in Brand Marketing, Campaign Management or similar roles.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
· Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
