Key Responsibilities

Develop a balanced range and assortment of products tailored to customer needs and market trends.

Collaborate with design, merchandising, and planning teams to create collections that meet margin and sales targets.

·       Build a buying strategy that considers lifecycle planning, seasonality, and pricing structures.

·       Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products at the best price and lead time.

·       Monitor product performance, reacting quickly to trends and sales data to maximize results.

·       Work closely with visual merchandising and marketing to ensure the product aligns with campaigns and promotions.

·       Maintain a strong customer focus, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

Hard Skills

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

·       3–6 years of experience in buying or a related role.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

·       Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric types.

Soft Skills

·       Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

·       Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

·       Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.

·       Results-driven and customer-focused.

·       Creative, adaptable, and trend-savvy.

Languages

English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
