About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Denim Designer to lead the creative development of our denim category, driving innovation, product excellence, and commercial success.

This role reports directly to the Head of Product and plays a key role in shaping the denim vision in line with brand identity, customer needs, and market trends.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of the denim collections, ensuring alignment with brand DNA, seasonal direction, and commercial targets.

Define key trends, washes, fits, fabrics, and detailing for the denim category, bringing a strong point of view and product vision.

Collaborate closely with Product, Buying, and Technical teams to ensure a seamless product development process from concept to final production.

Drive research and inspiration for denim, including fabrics, laundries, treatments, and innovations.

Oversee fittings and ensure the highest standards of fit, quality, and consistency across the category.

Develop and manage detailed technical packs, ensuring accuracy and clarity for suppliers.

Build strong relationships with suppliers, mills, and laundries to ensure innovation, quality, and timely delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to continuously evolve the denim offering.

Support and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Ensure all developments are delivered on time and in line with the critical path.

Your Profile

Strong fashion sensitivity with a deep passion for denim product.

Proven experience in Denim Design, ideally at senior level.

Strong knowledge of denim fabrics, washes, fits, and production processes.

Solid commercial mindset with the ability to translate trends into best-selling products.

Strong technical design skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
